It is important to us that you, as our customer, understand why we have a refund policy. When you register, your entry fee kick-starts the journey toward your exceptional event experience immediately. Our transparent refund policy reflects our shared understanding of unexpected challenges. Thank you for being part of our community.
Standard Refund
For participants who have entered between 1 July 2024 and 11:59pm 31 December 2024, the 2W Enduro offers a 21 day refund window from the date of entry. All participants eligible refunds will receive an 80% refund of their entry fee. Merchandise, entry add-ons, donations, ancillary costs, booking/card service fees are not refundable. From 1 January 2025, entries fees are not refundable unless the participant added Refund Protection Program to their entry.

Change of Distance
If a participant chooses to move up or down a distance you will need to pay the difference in entry fees & any fees, if applicable. There is no partial refund if you change to a lesser distance.

Opt in - Enhanced Refund Protection (Recommended)
Last season, over $15,000 of refunds got paid out to 2W Riders who injured themselves prior to the event event and could not participate. We recommend that you consider adding the Refund Protection Program to your entry to protect your entry fee, the cost is no more that 8% of your entry cost but give you a fantastic piece of mind should the unthinkable happen. By enrolling in the enhanced refund program, 100% of your entry fee, add-ons and entry booking fees will be refunded, if you are unable to attend due to the refundable reasons. Please note, this Refund Protection Program can only be purchased at the time of your initial entry.

Once you have purchased the Refund Coverage alongside your registration, you will receive a confirmation email sent from Race Roster containing two links, these contain the information for refund.
