- 9:00am, Course release
- 12:00pm - 5:00pm, Unmarshalled practice, Whakarewarewa Forest. Please note Skyline Rotorua is open for practice during their normal opening times, a paid pass is required and courses will not be marked until Race Day. Practice rules apply.
- 7:00am-9:30am | Participant Check-in 1 hour before your start time. @ Skyline Rotorua, see below.
- 8:00am | Event start @ Skyline Rotorua, by start group.
- From 8:40am | Transitioning from Skyline to Dodzys Skills Park begins. You have 90 minutes to get from Skyline to your next stage.
- 3:30pm onwards | Awards & prizes + 2W & 2WE Championship Awards @ Dodzy Skills Park.

Our courses are all inclusive with tech zones, water points, feed zones and medical are standard as part of your entry into the 2W. This season riders will follow a fully marked route including untimed liaison routes and timed race stages.

NOTES FOR SKYLINE ROTORUA
- Ensure you are on time and queue for the gondola as soon as your start time commences or risk missing your stage deadline.
- There will be no time to idle and chat between Stage A & Stage B.
- Once you have completed Stage A please head straight up for the Gondola again to get to Stage B, use the gondola as your recovery!
- Once you have completed your first two stages at Skyline Rotorua, make your way to Dodzys Skills Park, our Forest HQ.
- You will have 90 minutes to get from Skyline to Stage C.
- You MUST make your own way between Skyline and Dodzys Skills Park, whether by bike/vehicle or carpooling with friends.
- There is plenty of parking on the grass along Titokorangi Drive (previously known as Long Mile Road) before you get to Dodzys Skills Park.
- Please DO NOT park in the cafe's carpark, this is reserved for cafe users.
